Q: I want to make a reservation, but it says it’s SOLD OUT.
If the product is marked as “SOLD OUT” on the product page, it means all reservation slots are fully booked. Additional slots will not be added unless there are cancellations. However, we also keep a limited number of cakes available in the café. You can call 040 089 8474 to ask about availability.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
Once you receive the confirmation email from us, the reservation is considered complete. Cancellations and refunds are not possible.
If you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, changing the date or time is possible only once.
Q: How many weeks in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations become available one month before your desired date, starting at midnight.
Q: How much time does it take to paint the Painting Cake?
The total time customers spend painting varies. Some finish in under 15 minutes, while others may take up to an hour.
Q: Is there a one-order-per-person policy?
We kindly ask all café guests to make at least one order per person.
Q: Do I get a table when booking the cake?
This reservation is for the cake only. We do not take table reservations due to our small space, but tables usually become available quickly.
Q: What time should I arrive for my reservation?
Please arrive at your reserved time. We prepare the cake based on your booking time, and late arrivals may result in a shorter painting time during busy hours.
Q: What happens if I arrive late?
We will still give you your reserved cake, but you may need to wait for a table if the café is busy.
Q: Can I take the cake to go?
A painted cake can be taken with you after decorating at the café.
If you would like to paint the cake at home, you can take an unpainted cake to go. Painting brushes are not included in to-go orders, but you can add a set of 2 brushes for +1,50 €.
Q: Is the Painting Cake suitable for children?
Yes! The Painting Cake is suitable for both children and adults. Children should be supervised by an adult during the activity.
Q: Is the Painting Cake vegan or gluten-free?
The cake is lactose-free and vegetarian-friendly, but it is not vegan or gluten-free. It contains wheat (gluten) and egg.
